As part of the French delegation at Eurovision Song Contest 2019, I was in charge of the facial projection mapping for Bilal Hassani's performance of Roi. Broadcast live to around 200 million viewers across the world, this was one of the most amazing stages I had ever worked on.

The system I used was my own original markerless facial projection mapping system, requiring no markers on the performer's face. For a live event of this scale, this was a first. It had to be ready without any possibility of on-stage calibration: with only 40 seconds allowed to install the system before the performance, everything had to work the moment it was brought on stage.
