Development of a real-time task management web app for an animation studio, handling task assignment and scheduling for over one hundred employees. The app served two sides: supervisors could create and assign tasks, while creators (modelers, animators, editors, etc.) tracked and updated their work through it. Because of the studio's multi-cultural environment, it also managed automatic task creation for the translation team when necessary. This project stood out as an enriching experience, requiring interviews with each category of artist to understand their workflow and integrate it into the system. The app was used in the context of the American TV series My Friends Tigger & Pooh.
