Development of visualization and processing software for volume image data in the dermatology field, handling multi-slice 3D data from imaging equipment, including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and confocal microscopy. The software imported various data formats, notably DICOM, and provided real-time volumetric visualization. Advanced lookup tables allowed isolating and colorizing specific components such as bone, skin, or flesh, along with a range of filtering options. Another part of the project involved generating 3D vascular models from the data.
